Terms and conditions for the purchase of a digital service from Mindfully Sweden
General
These terms apply to the purchase of digital services from Mindfully Sweden (“we”, “us”, or “the company”) to you as a consumer (“you” or “the customer”). By purchasing and using our service, you accept these terms.
Service content
Our service consists of a digital meditation platform providing access to guided meditations and other related features. The service is provided through our website, app, and selected resellers.
For purchases made through a reseller, specific purchase terms and the handling of payments, right of withdrawal, and complaints may differ from our own. We therefore refer you to the reseller’s terms and conditions for such purchases.
Price and payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play depending on where you purchase. For subscription services, you are charged on an ongoing basis according to the chosen subscription.
Right of withdrawal
Under applicable consumer protection legislation (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). However, if the service has been started with your consent within the withdrawal period and you have accessed the content, you may lose your right of withdrawal. Important: No right of withdrawal upon immediate access
By completing a purchase where you receive immediate access to our digital service, you agree that the service begins immediately and that your right of withdrawal therefore lapses in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
What does immediate access mean?
Immediate access means that directly after completing your purchase, you gain access to the digital service without any waiting time or further activation. This may mean, for example, that you can start using the app, stream, or download content immediately after payment. Since the service begins delivery immediately, you lose your right of withdrawal when you complete the purchase and accept the terms.
Complaints
If the service does not work as promised, you have the right to file a complaint within three years of purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
- For an approved complaint, we will primarily endeavour to remedy the fault.
- If the fault cannot be remedied or persists over time, we may offer reasonable compensation, such as a price reduction or refund.
- Complaints must be made within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.

Limitation of liability
We are not liable for interruptions or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as technical issues with third-party providers or force majeure.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance by email or within the service.
Purchases through resellers
For purchases of our digital service through a reseller, the reseller’s own terms and conditions apply. This means that the right of withdrawal, complaints, and other terms may differ from our own. For questions about such purchases, please contact the reseller directly.
