Axel Wennhall
Co-founder
Axel is the co-founder of Mindfully, the creator of our content, and the voice behind our meditations. He works as a meditation coach, teaching a secular technique based on mindfulness, and is passionate about helping people live more present, loving, and meaningful lives.

Li-Anne Tang
Embodied Wisdom

Paul Hurcomb
Fully Human Fully Divine
Paul Hurcomb is a spiritual teacher and host of the Fully Human, Fully Divine podcast. His work bridges awakening and embodiment — the recognition of our divine nature and the full embrace of our human experience. He teaches through direct experience, presence, and a gentle invitation to live spirituality in the midst of ordinary life.

Björn Natthiko Lindeblad
I May Be Wrong
Björn Natthiko Lindeblad was a Buddhist monk in the Thai Forest Tradition for 17 years, both in the East and the West. The name “Natthiko” means “one who grows in wisdom.” After leaving the monastery in 2008, Björn returned to Sweden and eventually became one of the country’s most beloved speakers, inspirers, and meditation teachers. Many came to know him through his warm and thoughtful talks on Swedish radio, as well as through his bestselling book I May Be Wrong, which has since been translated into more than thirty languages. On January 17th, 2022, after living with ALS for some time, Björn passed away — but his wisdom continues to live on.

Jack Kornfield
Quiet the Mind and Open the Heart
Jack Kornfield is one of the leading teachers who helped bring Buddhist mindfulness practice to the West. Trained as a Buddhist monk in Thailand, India, and Burma, he studied under renowned masters such as Ajahn Chah and Mahasi Sayadaw, and has taught meditation around the world since 1974.
After studying Asian Studies at Dartmouth College and serving in the Peace Corps in the Mekong River valley, Jack returned to the United States and co-founded two of the most influential meditation centers in the West: The Insight Meditation Society in Massachusetts and Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California.
Jack is known not only for his deep understanding of Buddhist psychology but also for his unique gift as a storyteller — blending real-life experience, poetry, and timeless wisdom to illuminate how we can live with mindfulness and compassion.
Jack’s books have sold more than a million copies and been translated into over 20 languages. His titles include A Path With Heart, A Wise Heart, After the Ecstasy, the Laundry, The Art of Forgiveness, Lovingkindness, and Peace, Bringing Home the Dharma, and No Time Like the Present.
Today, Jack continues to teach, write, and support communities around the world. He holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and he is also a father, husband, and long-time activist for peace and justice.

Fefe Bogaeus
Mindfully Movement
Fefe Bogaeus has worked as a yoga teacher around Stockholm since 2017, and holds a bachelor’s degree in practical philosophy from Uppsala University and a master’s degree in practical knowledge from Södertörn University. His main interest is exploring how philosophy and self-reflective thinking can be put into practice.
Together with “Kakan” they lead The Daily Movement — 15 minutes to land in your body, strengthen yourself from within, and generate fresh energy for the day. They are also the creators behind the movement classes in Mindfully. In the categories Max, Strength, Flow, and Rest, you can train, practice yoga, stretch, breathe, and simply rest.

Karin Åhgren
Mindfully Movement
Karin ‘Kakan’ Åhgren has carried the curiously coloured flag of self-development on her bicycle since early adolescence, and has worked as a yoga and fitness teacher since 2014. She is especially passionate about functional training, somatic pain, and emotional trauma — and how bodily presence, both emotionally, mentally, and physically, can bring healing and greater wellbeing into our lives.
