Om Mindfully

From an early age, we’re taught that we can and should train physically — but many of us were never taught that mental training is possible too. We don’t have to stay the way we’ve always been. Science has shown that meditation can reduce stress, improve focus, and contribute to better sleep. Studies have also shown that our ability to be present has a direct correlation with our wellbeing. But mindfulness isn’t just about ourselves. It’s also the recognition that we are deeply interconnected — with each other and with the nature we are all part of. Mindfully’s wish and mission is that not just we ourselves, but all living beings, may be happy.

We believe it’s time for a new public health revolution — and that meditation has an important role to play in it. Our ability to distinguish between thoughts and reality is not only central to our own wellbeing, it’s also vital for addressing the global challenges we face. The world needs more people who can see through the illusion of thoughts to reduce polarisation, prejudice, and conflict. But to bring it to a more humble scale: our ability to be present is essential for having meaningful and loving relationships with our family and friends. And the hopeful truth is that it’s entirely possible to live a life of presence and awareness.

That’s what we want to share through Mindfully — and we’re proud to do so together with some of Sweden’s leading experts in meditation and mindfulness.

Our purpose

Mindfully is for anyone who wants to learn to meditate to feel less stressed or sleep better — but the potential goes far beyond that. It can become the most exciting adventure of your life. Our purpose is to get all of Sweden to discover meditation, helping more people live a more present, meaningful, and loving life.
