How do I cancel my Mindfully subscription?
Depending on where you purchased your subscription, the cancellation process differs:
App Store
Cancel your App Store subscription via your account > Subscriptions > select subscription > Cancel subscription. Read more here about managing your subscriptions.
Google Play
Cancel your Google Play subscription via menu > Subscriptions > select subscription > Cancel subscription. Read more here about managing your subscriptions.
On our website
Click Log in in the menu on our website, go to Subscription > Manage your subscription > Cancel plan > Confirm cancellation.
If you cancel now, you’ll still have full access until your current period expires.
I’ve purchased a Mindfully subscription but the content in the app is still locked?
If the content is locked — meaning you can’t play anything despite having an active subscription — try the following:
- Log out, restart the app, and log back in
- If the subscription was purchased through the App Store, you can restore the purchase in the app via Profile > Settings > Account > Subscription > Restore purchase, then log out and back in
- Double-check that the subscription is linked to the same account you’re logged in with
If none of the above works, contact our support and attach the purchase confirmation receipt you received by email, or take a screenshot.
I’ve received a free friend invitation but can’t get it to work?
By default, the app and website offer 7 days free when you start a subscription. If you’ve received a longer trial period — for example via a friend invitation — you need to start your subscription through the link you received for the extended trial to activate. You cannot activate the trial directly in the app; it must be done on the website via the link.
To access the trial, you need to start a subscription. No payment is taken until the trial ends and you can cancel at any time. If you’ve registered via the link but haven’t started a subscription, you don’t need to register again — just log in with your existing account. Trials can only be used once per user; if you’ve previously had a trial, you won’t be able to start a new one.
I’ve received an extended trial via a campaign but it’s not working?

How do I get a receipt for my Mindfully purchase?
It depends on where you purchased Mindfully:
App Store – Link to your purchase history.
Google Play – Link to your purchase history.
On our website – You received a receipt by email. Check your spam folder. You can also find your receipts by logging in and going to Subscription > Manage your subscription.
How to activate your purchase through a wellness portal
After purchasing a subscription through a wellness portal, you need to register the purchase with us. Download the app, sign up as a user, and go to Profile > Settings > Wellness benefits and gift cards > Activate subscription from wellness portals. Select your portal and enter your order number or equivalent — we’ll activate your subscription within one business day. You’ll receive an email once your subscription has been started.
How do I request a refund?
If you’d like to request a refund for an incorrect purchase made through our website or Google Play, email us at support@mindfully.now. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process refunds for App Store subscriptions — in that case, you’ll need to request a refund directly from Apple, here’s how.
Can I use Mindfully for free if I can’t afford it?
If your financial situation prevents you from meditating with Mindfully, you can apply for a scholarship for a period of time — apply here.
How do I delete my Mindfully account?
You can request deletion of your account on our website or in the app. Your account will be deleted 10 days after you submit your request. Here’s how:
In the app
Click your profile icon on the Home screen, click the Settings icon, select Account, and click the Delete account button at the bottom.
On our website
Log in or click My account in the site menu. Click the Delete account button and follow the on-screen instructions.
